Greg come over to see the eavestrough situation on my house, they were so unleveled that I had a waterfall over my garage and one in the back over my patio. He said that the gutters were in good condition but obviously needed leveling and some minor repairs. I was given numerous options to choose from to fix the problem. I am extremely happy with the work done on my house and the workers were very efficient and polite. It is all perfectly aligned also with new high flow downspouts and leaf covers over the gutters. Last night and this morning has been very windy and raining pretty hard. I am very pleased to see no more waterfalls off my gutters! Thank you for a job well done!

Very disappointing in the gutter cleaning service. Debris just left on decks for me to clean off. Definitely not worth $262.50! Will not use again. There were large branches on my roof that should have been removed in a common sense world. There were also troughs of needles ready to come into the gutter. I called you on it and you were very rude to me telling me that you only clean the gutters. All the other people have taken away the debris and not left it for me to clean up. The one star review is the lowest I can give you.

I have had Hank from Aarsen Gutters install my gutters and downspouts, and for my renovations for years at my larger house. When I moved to my now much smaller house, I had a serious problem with the gutters on my garage and did not bother to call anyone other than Aarsen Gutters.The garage gutter problem at my new house was a an issue of drainage, and given the recent rainstorms through Nanaimo recently, an important issue to resolve. The previous owners had used chains and rainbarrels as the drainage method, one gutter was angled incorrectly and drained to the wrong end, and so the water overflowed the barrels and ran in a deluge right along the foundation of the garage and in downpours on one side, right into a small adjoining garden shed.Hank is still working with his original company, Aarsen Gutters, but Aarsen Gutters now has a new owner. Greg came out to assess the situation, and suggested a pragmatic solution that used most of the materials on site, but fixed the problems. His team came out within one week of me hiring him, and the job was terrifically well done, and done efficiently. Shortly after his team left, I noted a small tweak (not with drainage, but with my personal choice in alignment). Greg came within about an hour of receiving my message, and cheerfully dealt with that. That's service!!

I had my gutters changed by Aarsen Gutters in the Fall of 2015. Hank suggested many options (leaf guarding, funnels and leaf boxes, rainwater collection ideas) with different prices and all of them were very budget friendly regarding the quality of the materials used and their fabrication process. The installation was a true professional job done perfectly in less than a day. The budget was fully respected and the result was just so beautiful.The winter that followed, a rainy stormy one with record precipitations, was the perfect test for the new gutters. They have never failed to do their job, they never spilled a single drop off that roof anywhere around my house.Aarsen Gutters is a reliable, honest and costumer-oriented company that shows great respect to your budget and your property. It may take some time before you get your gutters done as they are extremely popular. However, that should already give anyone a hint regarding the way they do things right. If all contractors, construction or renovation companies were like Aarsen Gutters, this industry would be much safer to deal with for anyone restoring a property.
